Kunden skall regelbundet kontrollera sin e-post sedan en beställning har gjorts eftersom meddelanden från ReuseIT skickas till angiven e-postadress.För beställningar som görs genom reuseit.se uppkommer ett bindande avtal då beställningen bekräftas via e-post. Annullering av beställning ska ske per e-post eller telefon inom en arbetsdag från att bekräftelsen har skickats till kunden.
ReuseIT reserverar sig för eventuell mellan- eller slutförsäljning.
Där prisangivelser förekommer, framgår också om dessa inkluderar mervärdesskatt (moms) eller inte. Moms ska dock alltid betalas. Samtliga priser gäller exklusive investeringsavgifter eller andra nationella pålagor. Priserna omfattar inte heller eventuellt tillkommande kostnader för installationsförberedelser, installation eller omflyttning av ansluten befintlig, eller samtidigt installerad utrustning.
Vid uppenbara felaktigheter (t.ex. fel pris, tryckfel m.m.) förbehåller vi oss rätten att korrigera felet i efterhand. Om du inte är nöjd med vår korrigering har du självfallet rätt att avboka din order. Vi förbehåller oss också rätten att inte genomföra en beställning i de fall varan är slut i lager, om maxantal per kund överskridits eller vid tekniska fel.
Frakt tillkommer på samtliga beställningar. Den totala kostnaden beräknas vid fakturering av beställningen. Utrustning som beställs genom webbutiken levereras normalt mellan 2-7 arbetsdagar från det att beställningen har bekräftats.
Vid försening av leverans äger kund rätt att häva köp. Synliga och dolda skador som har uppkommit under transport på beställt gods ska meddelas serviceavdelningen på ReuseIT snarast.
För ej avbeställda paket som inte hämtats ut och som returneras till ReuseIT kommer en returavgift om 500 SEK inkl moms kr att faktureras beställaren. Obetald faktura för returavgift kommer att skickas till inkasso.
